The Makino brothers has been making fine sushi since 1985, the year that they opened their first restaurant in Santa Monica. The 200 seat Las Vegas location features a 160 foot long buffet that would probably require repeat visits for those that want to sample everything. Hot dishes feature shrimp and vegetable tempura, grilled salmon, and grilled beef on skewers and some ways down is a wide variety of sushi and sashimi.
